SideshoViD When we ate dinner at #OsteriaFrancescana they told us about this cookbook, #BreadIsGold. All royalties go to Food For Soul dedicated to fighting food waste. My copy just came and the first thing I flipped to caught my eye so I made it tonight! Hamburger alla Parmigiana with Eggplant Chips and Apple Puree. I think my apples were a bit too sweet, but it was an interesting combo of apple, white wine, and tomatoes. I might like to riff on this theme a little in the future.
